Step-by-Step instructions on Depositing Once your QuickTender is created and activated, funds can be deposited. Go to the "Login" Section on www.quicktender.com and using User Name and Password sign into QuickTender Account.

Choose "Money Deposits" Section from the left-hand menu.

The page will display a list of deposit methods and detailed instructions.

To make a deposit to QuickTenderCard please:
  1. Choose the deposit method
  2. Read instructions and make a print-out if necessary
  3. Make a deposit according to the instructions
  4. Confirm your deposit

Step-by-Step instructions on Withdrawing Go to the "Login" Section on www.quicktender.com and using User Name and Password sign into QuickTender Account.

Choose "Withdraw" Section from the left-hand menu.

Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add new Payment Option if it has been already added.
The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. During these three days you may request to cancel the withdrawal and funds will be credited back to the QuickTender Account.

You can deposit to your QuickTender using one of the following methods:
Credit Card
International Bank Transfer

For deposit methods instructions, log into your QuickTender Account and go to the "Money Deposits" section.
Can I deposit to my QuickTenderCard with other payment methods? Unfortunately, there are no other options except for methods listed in the previous question.
Do I have to pay the deposit charges? Yes. All deposits to QuickTenderCard are subject to the respective payment method’s charges. The charges vary depending on the method you choose and are payable at the moment of making the deposit.
Does QuickTenderCard accept only US dollar deposits? NO. Should you decide to deposit funds in a different currency to your QuickTender Account, the funds will be converted based on the current day's exchange rate.
I forgot to include my QuickTender account number to the Payment Details when I was depositing money. How should I act? Every time you make an international bank deposit you should fill in and submit the deposit confirmation form. This form is mandatory. It helps us to allocate your payment and to credit your QuickTender account faster and more efficiently.
I have deposited money, but my QuickTenderCard has not been credited yet. What happened? Deposits made through wire transfers are usually credited within 2-5 business days.

Remember that every time you make an international bank deposit you should fill in and submit the deposit confirmation form. This form is mandatory. It helps us to allocate your payment and to credit your QuickTender account faster and more efficiently.

If your QuickTenderCard crediting does not happen within the set times, please send us by FAX or email a copy of your payment order identifying your payment to QuickTenderCard . Our staff will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that QuickTender Ltd does not accept responsibility for delays due to the third-party working schedule.
How do I manage funds on my QuickTenderCard? After logging into MyQuickTender – a user-friendly browser interface where QuickTenderCard is managed – you can receive reports and initiate activities with similar features as an ordinary banking account has.
I would like to make a withdrawal from my QuickTenderCard. How can I do this? Check out Step-by-Step instructions on Withdrawing.
The request for withdrawal can be generated 24/7 by logging into QuickTenderCard, going to the "Withdraw" section and selecting a method and amount of withdrawal. It takes 3 business days to process the request plus up to 5 business days for funds to reach your bank account.

Paying with QuickTenderCard
How can I pay to one of your merchants? In order to make payments with QuickTender to our merchants you should:
  1. Be registered with both – QuickTender and Merchant;
  2. You have to have money on your QuickTender account. If you do not, check Step-by-Step instructions on Depositing.
  3. Go to the Merchant’s site, Login into your account there;
  4. Go to the Deposit section (the name of this section may vary with different merchants), select 'UseMyWallet' as a payment method;
  5. Insert the amount you wish to deposit from your QuickTender account (it should be equal or less your QuickTender account balance);
  6. Then press "Deposit" and now you will need to login in using your Username and Password and press “Submit” button;
  7. Now select the QuickTender account you want to deposit from and press "Submit".
  8. The funds are transferred and your purchase is complete.
  9. You are redirected back to the merchant’s site (you may check your deposit by logging into your QuickTender account).
My QuickTenderCard is in one currency, but my account with one of your Merchants is in another currency. How should I act if I want to pay with QuickTenderCard? There is absolutely no problem – the amount you wish to pay from QuickTenderCard will be automatically converted to the currency of the Merchant according to the present day currency exchange rate.

Registration / Login
I am experiencing problems logging into my QuickTenderCard. What have I done wrong? You have not done anything wrong. Keep in mind that your Password is case sensitive. Make sure CAPSLOCK on your computer is off (or on, depending on whether CAPSLOCK was on or off when you registered with QuickTenderCard). In order to log into your QuickTenderCard you should type in your User Name and your Password.
I have a problem logging into my account with one of your merchants. What should I do? You should contact that merchant support team.
Why am I asked to fill in Secret Question during registration? Filling in the Secret Question and Answer Information is a requirement for all QuickTenderCard Holders. It is necessary for preventing loss of the password – there is no other way to restore it except for answering to the secret question. QuickTender takes care of the clients' security and therefore NEVER discloses information about their accounts to people that we are unable to identify. You should look at QuickTenderCard Password as at your wallet – when you lose it, you lose your money and nobody can help. As with your wallet you are the only one responsible to know where it is, you are the only one who knows your Account Number and Password.
I forgot my password. What should I do? If you forgot your password you should initiate a Password Recovery Process and follow the instructions.

I have not received my Password. What should I do? Password is chosen by you during registration and is known ONLY to you. We do not keep a record of your password.
How do I log into my QuickTender Account? You should use your User Name and your Password.
What are the requirements / restrictions for the "Password" field? Password should be at least 6 and up to 16 symbols long. It should not be too short or too simple. It should not be identical to your e-mail address or contain repeated sub-strings of characters. The Password field is CaSe sensitive: it distinguishes between lower-case and upper-case letters. QuickTender recommends the Password to be a combination of letters and symbols. Keep the Password in a safe place and do not disclose it to any third party.

I want to close my QuickTender Account. What should I do? You can close your QuickTender account whenever you want by simply stopping to use it and withdrawing your funds, but we will keep the record of your QuickTender account in our database so that you may start using it again at any time.
